While we do use OpenAI, this is much more than your standard ChatGPT! Behind the scenes there are more than 20 possible steps in producing a draft response to ensure the result is useful and saves you time. There's a whole process that occurs even before starting to draft the response!
If the AI does not have access to relevant information to draft a response, instead of wasting your time with a nonsense draft, it will simply start the draft and finish the draft in your normal format, so at very least you've got a bit less typing to do.
Same here, that's great - the AI will initially try to use your previous responses as closely as possible if it answers the question, amending as appropriate to suit the question. If there isnt a previous response that answers the question, the AI will use your knowledge base to draft a new response and write it in the tone/style of your previous responses.

It's super easy to get going. We just need an API key from your Help Scout dashboard, then we can start training the AI. It's quite involved to be able to produce such high quality drafts, so might take a few hours to completely train the AI. But there's nothing you need to do except provide an API key!
