We have built the Resolve247 chat widget to work in many ways, to suit your exact needs!
By default there is a toggle button to open/close the chat widget – however depending on the layout of your page, you might wish to hide the toggle icon and use your own button to toggle/open/close the chat widget.
Remember you can also move the icon to the bottom left corner instead of the default bottom-right, see how in the specific article.

To hide/show the widget icon itself:
- From your dashboard, go to the “Customisation” page.
- Check/Uncheck the “Widget button” option
- Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
In the preview box you will be able to see the toggle icon is no longer shown.
To test this, you can go to the “Demo” page from your dashboard to see how your chatbot will operate.
