Breeze Customer Agent is <em>only available to HubSpot users on Professional or Enterprise plans<\/em> (as announced in their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/company-news\/customer-agent-expansion#:~:text=Starting%20June%202%2C%202025%2C%20Breeze,you%20pay%20as%20you%20grow\">launch statement<\/a>). <strong>Free<\/strong> and <strong>Starter<\/strong> tier customers cannot use HubSpot\u2019s Breeze AI chatbot feature.
