We have built the Resolve247 chat widget to work in many ways, to suit your exact needs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By default there is a toggle button to open\/close the chat widget \u2013 however depending on the layout of your page, you might wish to hide the toggle icon and use your own button to toggle\/open\/close the chat widget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember you can also move the icon to the bottom left corner instead of the default bottom-right, see how in the specific article<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To hide\/show the widget icon itself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From your dashboard, go to the “Customisation” page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Check\/Uncheck the “Widget button” option<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In the preview box you will be able to see the toggle icon is no longer shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
